About Us
Founded in 1930 by parents committed to the principles of child-centered education, St. George’s School of Montreal is a co-educational, college preparatory day school situated on two campuses enrolling 450 students in Kindergarten – Grade 12. Stressing a challenging and student-centered approach to learning, with a particular emphasis on second language acquisition and technology, the school provides a wide range of courses including AP’s in all major disciplines.
In addition to the highly innovative language arts, mathematics and science programmes, performing and visual arts are an important part of the curriculum. Extracurricular activities include student publications, sports, public speaking and debating, and student-organized activities. Financial assistance is available.
