Capture, Curate, and Connect: About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will bring the authentic spirit of Brentwood to life across digital platforms. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications, you’ll combine a sharp eye for visual storytelling with a creative, hands-on approach.

This isn't a desk-bound scheduling job. It is a dynamic, collaborative role where you will:

Bring Campus to Life: Capture high-quality photos, short-form videos, and engaging copy highlighting student life, athletics, arts, and academics.
Manage Digital Channels: Curate and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, using tools like Sprout Social, while warmly engaging with our online community.
Maintain Web & Visual Assets: Organize our digital media library (Google Drive and SmugMug) and keep school web properties fresh, modern, and accurate.
Build Authentic Connections: Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and students across campus—making subjects feel comfortable and natural on camera.

Who You Are

You are a creative digital native with a sharp eye for trends and hands-on skill in capturing and editing photo and video content on modern devices. A natural communicator, you effortlessly build rapport with students and staff of all ages to draw out authentic stories and write clear, brand-aligned copy. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to the dynamic energy of a vibrant boarding school community. Don't miss the chance to leave your mark on one of Canada's most beautiful campuses! Apply today to become our next Marketing Coordinator!

What You Bring

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field along with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in organic social media management, digital content creation, or commercial storytelling. Educational or youth-focused experience is an asset. You will also have proficiency with major social platforms, Sprout Social (or similar), photo/video tools, and basic CMS web updates.
